Investigation And Countermeasure On "escape" Phenomenon Of Order Class Students In Higher Vocational Colleges And Enterprises

The popularization and development of vocational colleges provide a good platform for training applied talents.Vocational education in the new era presents a new development model.School-enterprise cooperation is deepening day by day.Enterprise order-based talent training model is gradually improving and maturing.However,in the new changing social environment and opportunities,new problems or shortcomings have emerged in order-based talent training in enterprises,and the loss of students in order classes has become a major problem in Vocational colleges.With the influence of school environment,family concept,neighboring classmates and inner thoughts,the order direction chosen by students at the beginning of entrance gradually departs from the original direction of career choice.How to stimulate students to establish a correct view of career choice has become the key to the management of vocational college students' education.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the current situation of the loss of students in order classes of A private higher vocational colleges as the research object,to verify the internal relationship and causality between the management of students in order classes and the training of order-based talents,to clarify the current situation and causes of the loss of students in order classes,and to find out the solutions.Ideas and basic paths to solve the problem,and draw the following conclusions:1.The number of students in order classes in Vocational Colleges tends to be wavy.At the beginning of entrance,students' enthusiasm and lofty career ideal and belief support them to choose order classes calmly,hoping to actively participate in the development of enterprises in the future.However,with the change of time and environment,students' corporate culture identity and career orientation have changed,leading some students to withdraw their orders and seek their own career development.2.The cultural environment of the order enterprise is incompatible with the students' intrinsic professional concept.Enterprise management model,marketingmodel,service form and other aspects can not actively and effectively meet the actual development needs of students.Enterprise culture is based on the pursuit of basic interests,while students are in a critical period of transition to society.The inadaptability of enterprise culture environment leads to students leaving their original career ideals and then withdrawing from the learning and training of order classes.3.The reasons for the loss of students in order classes are diversified.Some of the reasons for their own development,out of the change of professional attitudes and values and seek another career.Some of them are due to external influence,the order delay caused by the survival and development of enterprises,and some students fail to pass the enterprise assessment,which fails to meet the requirements of enterprises.Some are influenced by the family,although they began to choose the order class,but in the latter part of the training period for the benefit of consideration,parents asked their children to choose a better career.4.The student management of order class is influenced by many subjective and objective factors,such as school,enterprise,students,parents and so on.The effective strategy of student management in order class lies in the scientific development of school-enterprise cooperation resources.It systematically integrates management concepts,management modes,education guidance and students' professional identity,so as to stimulate students' correct learning attitude,clear employment orientation and establish a sense of social responsibility.Student managers of school-enterprise cooperative order classes should be close to students' reality and promote them to develop good professional behavior habits.
