Everyone's growth cannot do without education,at present,education attract the people's general concern.In our country,the reform of the new curriculum has brought us the innovation of education.The new teaching mode satisfies the students individual learning needs and offers various opportunities for students' growth and development.But the development of the new curriculum reform is not optimistic,the provinces and cities in the primary and secondary schools are still according to results in the examination,college entrance examination as the only criterion to select for students,students' personality,advantages and potential cannot show.Face of the present situation of the existence of education,which teaching mode will more effective in the teaching practice,both to ensure the quality of teaching,but also focus on the ability of students to develop,has become an urgent problem need to consider.As an educator,I hope that curriculum reform can focus on the development of students' ability and implement a teaching model suitable for the of students' comprehensive development.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction;this part briefly discusses the reason of topic.The topic is based on weekdays for studies of cooperative learning combined with their own experience of social practice.And introduction the purpose of the selected topic and research significance,provides a direction for this paper,put forward the necessity of this research.On the basis of summarize the domestic and foreign literature review about cooperative learning,and provides the thesis completion of research methods and ideas.The second part of the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis.This part is the theoretical support,first of all,define the key concepts in this paper,combined with Xi'an Tieyi Bin-he school teaching mode for a new definition for "team cooperation study".In a new way to interpret the junior high school class of morality and legal rule.Second use of hierarchy of needs,multiple intelligence,discovery learning theory as the basis,put forward the theory basis for the new patterns;highlight its value and significance.The third part of the construction about the team cooperation teaching model in junior middle school moral lesson and the rule.It is the focus of this paper.First of all,simply discusses the necessity of team cooperation teaching mode in teaching practice.Secondly,based on the junior morality and legal rule class in Xi'an Tieyi Bin-he school,from teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching tools,teaching process,teaching evaluation aspects comprehensive interpretation the strategy of Xi'an Tieyi Bin-he school five-person group independent cooperation inquiry mode,and finally the author through examples in practice to display and in-depth analysis.The fourth part make three grade students of the junior high school fill in questionnaire investigation,in order to understand the practical application situation in morality and legal rule class with five-person group independent cooperation inquiry mode.Statistical survey data,analysis some problems appeared in the practice.The fifth part,combined with some drawbacks in classroom practice,puts forward the corresponding solutions,which can promote the cooperation model of the five-member team to be more perfect,and further the application to other school teaching practice,facilities China's new curriculum reform achieve good results.Besides,makes a reflection on the use of "Five-person group independent cooperation inquiry mode " in the moral and legal rule course of the Tieyi Bin-he school,render the affirmed and outlook in the future development of this model.
