Investigation On Ideological And Political Education Of Poor Students In Universities

With the deepening of the reform of China's higher education system, tuition increases year by year, as a result, poor students' problems have become the focus of media and academia recently. Government, universities and society all have given positive reactions to economically help poor students finish their study. Meanwhile, psychologically, they also have a lot of problems. The full development of poor students arouses consideration and study of society at alllevels.Based on positivist observations, this thesis intends to first acknowledge the phenomena of students' poverty and provide a reasonable explanation for it by using comprehensive analysis model of pedagogy, psychology, sociology and economics; then start from poor students mental status, scanning its manifestations and looking deep into its causes; analyze the negative impact of poor students' problems from the students' personal, university and social angles. Finally, this thesis comes to the conclusion: it is practically very significant to well conduct ikohgital and polition education in universities. The involvement of and politiol education in poor students' problems must be combined with the Party's guideline of students' full development, promote poor students' and political education objective, put education at the first place and students' development as the goal, give prominence to the cultivation of individual's quality, and promote poor students' full development. Henceforth, this thesis provides for responsive suggestion, which are also the key points of the research.
