Creation is the key of social progress, and the soul of this new age advancement. But in the field of education, that fostering the creative spirit and ability of the students cannot be put to practice is mostly because teachers themselves don't have accomplishment of creation. Based on the combining the creation theory with teacher theory, this article starts with the understanding of the teacher's creativity, then analyzes the difficulties and conditions teachers will be faced when they creative, lastly try to seek for a road to independent development of teachers.This article can be divided into three parts:Part one discusses what is the creativity of teachers. Teachers' creativity presents during the process of their self-development and self-realization, which involves integration for personal perspective on education, proper structure on knowledge and ability, and creative personality etc.Part two points out there are some problems in current situation of teacher's development in primary school, which are the weakening of the creative consciousness, the lacking of capability, and the inappropriate goal. From the aspects of teacher's experience, the educational field, society and culture, we can deduce the causes of these problems.The last part probes into that the cultivation and development of teachers depends on the corporation of individuality, education and support of surroundings. And the most important is to strengthen the subjectivity, improving the reflective consciousness and capability.
