Research On Physical Concept And Physical Concept Teaching

Physical concept teaching permeates through physical teaching, which is a focal point having been paid close attention to. To teacher, good or bad concept teaching directly concerns that a class will success or not. To student, in what level the concept is grasped directly reflects his academic record.To counter current situation of physical concept teaching and research , we present some ideas and opinions in the base of summarizing forefathers' research achievements.Concept teaching' essential goal lies in letting students well grasp physical concept. If teacher want that students are readily receptive to a new concept, he must understand it thoroughly first, then give free rein to his good intelligence and make students easily learn concept in limited teaching time. So we begin our paper with the definition, psychological constitution and function of basic concept. Then we discuss the formation of physical concept teaching. Furthermore, though the study on physical concept teaching, we not only summarize some kinds of problems likely arising in the process of teaching but also analyze the reasons. Finally, through specific example and using all kinds of teaching theory such as Constructivism, Cognitive Psychology, we discuss the general process of concept teaching and how to deal with the pre-concept in the process of concept teaching.Of course, concept teaching contains not only concept itself, but also other aspects of influences in process of concept teaching, such as the selection of teaching methods, the application of modern teaching medium and the cultivation of the dialectical materialism world outlook, etc. These influences are needed a further study. As for some viewpoints presented in this paper, further improvement and development are also awaited in teaching practice.
