Learning and teaching of physical concepts is an important research aspect of physics education research.However,physical concept teaching is also the most difficult part in the practice of physics teaching in middle school.Therefore,the study of physical concepts and teaching research are extremely necessary.From the perspective of educational research.Experts in teaching theory focus on the study of the general laws of knowledge learning.In contrast,educational psychologists classify knowledge learning into different categories and study the unique patterns of different types of learning.Although the concept teaching has been researched at home and abroad for a long time,it has obtained a lot of research results.Since the 1950 s,cognitive psychologists have risen and psychology has begun to integrate research into the concept of teaching.Among them,cognitive psychologists such as Bruner,Ausubel,and Gagne have made brilliant discussions on the concept formation and concept teaching,and the study of the concept learning process has entered a new era.However,they barely deal with the problem of conceptual representation.Through the analysis of literature,so far,in the study of physics education,there has been a lack of research on the characterization of physical concepts.Therefore,how to apply the concept representation in the process of research and application of concept teaching should be natural,and it is urgently needed in the current teaching process.From the current state of the concept teaching,today's teaching is based on the experience of the old teachers.However,the psychological theoretical basis for these so-called experience lies in the lack of teachers.Therefore,in order to prevent valuable experience from becoming tacit knowledge,it is necessary to study the concept teaching based on cognitive psychology theory.Based on the above problems and the status quo,this study is mainly based on the concept of physics teaching and the analysis of the basic theory of cognitive psychology,according to the theory of the concept of representation of the concept of representation of the way divided into four types,to find cognitive psychology for the concept of physics teaching The basis for the detailed description of how physical concepts are inherently characterized.
