Curriculum Standards of Physics for Senior High School(2017 Edition)clearly put forw ard that senior high school physics teaching aims to improve students’ core quality of physics.The concept of physics is not only the first element of the core literacy of physics,but also the foundation of the formation and development of other core literacy.However,the cultivation of physical concept is a long-term process,which requires teachers to use certain methods and strategies to guide students to carry out systematic and integral cultivation.Large unit teachin g is guided by physical concepts,allowing students to actively construct their own knowledge system in the process of participating in teaching activities or learning stories.At the same tim e,the large-unit teaching is based on a broader vision and a higher level,combining each class hour to complete the final physical concept training as the purpose,determine the unit objecti ves,design teaching activities or learning stories,and form the physical concept.Therefore,ca rrying out large unit teaching based on physical concept training can better help teachers to tra in students’ physical concept,help students solve and explain practical problems and phenome na in life,and improve students’ core quality of physics.By combing relevant literature,this study deeply explores the connotation and characteri stics of physics concept and large unit teaching design,and carries out rational discussion on t he large unit teaching of high school physics based on the cultivation of physics concept.Com bining Bruner’s cognitive structure learning theory and unit teaching design theory,it tries to c onstruct the large unit teaching design method of high school physics based on the cultivation of physics concept.According to the large unit teaching design method,the large unit teachin g design is carried out and used in the practice research of a certain city.Combined with the di vision and discussion of the physical concept level in the new curriculum standard and the qua ntitative research of the measurement of the physical concept level by relevant scholars,the e valuation scale was developed to test the improvement of the physical concept cultivated in th is unit,and the results were analyzed.Based on the performance of the students in the teachin g process,the improvement of the physical concept level of the experimental class and the ex perimental class after learning this unit is obtained,so as to draw the experimental conclusion.After a unit of teaching practice,this study combines the results of the physical concept l evel test papers of the control class and the experimental class and the concrete performance o f the students in the teaching practice,and draws the conclusion that the large-unit teaching de sign method based on the cultivation of physical concepts in this study has a positive role in p romoting the cultivation of physical concepts,and can stimulate students’ interest in learning i n the teaching process.At the same time,combined with the specific performance of students in the teaching process and the results of the physics concept level test paper,this study made the following three reflections and suggestions on the problems existing in the teaching proces s of high school physics large units based on the cultivation of physics concepts: 1.Increase in dependent inquiry to stimulate students’ interest;2.Normalize reflective training;3.Focus on strengthening students’ ability to solve practical problems.
