Building a student-oriented development teaching model is the need of scheme reform. The independent-interactive teaching scheme is a scheme that meets the need. It focuses on the improvement of the present situation of independence inadequacy and with a combination of a lot of teaching experience and personal teaching characteristics. It based on various kinds of teaching models and reflects the trend of the synthesiazation of teaching model.The independence-interactive teaching scheme sticks to the principle of student-oriented so as to build the classroom atmosphere of democratic, fair, free and open, thus to achieve the effective teaching interaction and enable students to participate actively to classroom teaching and develop the activeness and independence of students. The independence-interactive teaching model adheres to the rule of students-centered. It proposes teaching-after-self-learning, teaching-follow-self-leaming, teaching-promotes-self-learning and enables students learn by themselves at first through reading, self-thinking, questioning, group-discussion and forum, thus, the independence and imitativeness of students will be achieved. We also lay emphasis on the development of the abilities of self-study and co-operative study so as to get the teaching goal of "learn how to learn" and promote the development of the independence of students.In order to prove the teaching effect of independence-interactive teaching model, practice effects researches, such as questionnaire and private-talking have been employed. Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire, we can prove fully that the independence-interactive teaching model is liked and accepted by all the students. It has its role in building the pleasant classroom atmosphere and developing the students' skills of active-learning and learning abilities. In all, the independence-interactive teaching model is a manageable and effective classroom teaching model.
