For many years, state enterprises have run their own schools. Especially after the foundation of New China, this structure developed very rapidly, under the idea of "Poor country runs great education".Indeed, under this leadership, these schools developed well and played an important part in our education. It ensured the steadiness and development of the enterprises. Also it made great contributions to our country's politics, culture, national defense and the development of science and technology.However with the development of state enterprises reform, schools run by enterprises are facing many difficulties that have never been met before. Government and enterprises have different functions. School education doesn't belong to enterprises but belongs to the government. Therefore, the leadership function of enterprises should be separated from the schools. What's more, enterprises face great competition during the course of converting the management mechanism and establishing a modern administration system. This would mean that they can't burden the economic press and management press with running schools any more. Under the circumstances, the separation of the schools and their enterprises couldn't be avoided. The separation is hard and requires much adjustment. It has caused many problems, which need to be thought about and rectified.I as a witness who experienced the whole procedure, knew well the background and problems, so I did some researches on the separation. Now let's share more information and discuss this topic.
