An Explore Into The Moral Personality Education Of Young Students At Present Stage

Personality is the unification of the social position and function for a person from the aspect of ethnics. It also contains the dignity, value and character of a person. Moral personality is the kernel of being a person. The highly developing technology and economy have been reflecting out the basic goal of social development. While at the same time, if the moral development of human being couldn't keep up with the social development, all the advanced technology, policies and economic devise will all be in vain. The development of a society requires people to have developed brain, strong physique as well as a wholesome-personality. As to the school education, the fundamental purpose is to improve the diathesis of people. Our education guidelines are to bring up persons with abilities, to develop and improve those people who receive education from three aspects including ethnics, physique and intelligence. The education of moral personality should be the important content of school education. This thesis states out the important position and function of moral personality education in school education of ethnics by giving out the annotation of moral personality. It also analyses the imperfection of those young students' moral personalities and the causes for the imperfection, and then, brings forward the idea what kind of principal moral personality those young students should make up. Principal moral personality education should be the kernel of cultivating young generations in the twenty-first century.
