A Study On The Current Situation Of Private Education In Putian And The Strategies To Take

In the past decade, the private education in Putian has been developed quickly under the guidance of the policy-to encourage positively, to support energetically, to guide correctly and to strengthen management. Private schools of many levels, sorts and forms have appeared, which is encouraging. But still there are many worrying problems existing, such as problems of environment and management. The purpose of this article is to probe into the strategies of developing the private education in putian by studying the current situation and the existing problems, finding the causes and solving the problems.Study on cases is used as the main method of research in this article and also some documents are used. Ways of question papers, face-to-face inquiry, and statistics are used.Four chapters make up this article. The first chapter deals mainly with the trend of foreign private educational development and innovation and the background of Chinese private educational development. In the second chapter, the writer tries to probe into the situation and characteristics of the current private education, the role it plays and the existing problems. In the third chapter, strategies are put forward in three aspects. Firstly, the government is wished to change ideas, manage education by law and make it develop healthily. Secondly, the private school runners are wished to run schools by law, stress on quality and make the education enter a new period of development. Thirdly, both the government and the runners are wished to cooperate well and set up a group of excellent teachers. The last chapter has a prospect of the future of the private education with Putian characteristics.
