| The new curriculum reform of the fundamental education is being popularized in the experimental districts of China. It has three phases: deliberation and preparation; experiments; and full-scale popularization. This reform is a systematical project with complex, which have a great influence upon the fundamental education.The new curriculum reform has six general ideas. 1. The change of the curriculum's function. 2. The construction of the new curriculum. 3. The modernization of the curriculum's contents. 4. The learning perspective of the constructionism. 5. The appraisal's perspective of the development. 6. The democratization and adaption of the new curriculum.The relationship between teachers and the new curriculum reform is as follows: teachers participate the research, decision, development and implementation of the new curriculum.This research is about Wang Chen, a female teacher of Hong Xing Primary School, Tian Shui city, with the case study. It reports how she developed the new curriculum, and her behavioral and psychological experience by observation, conversation, and works analysis. The conclusions can be listed as follows:1.
