The democratization and adaption of the new curriculum.The relationship between teachers and the new curriculum reform is as follows: teachers participate the research, decision, development and implementation of the new curriculum.This research is about Wang Chen, a female teacher of Hong Xing Primary School, Tian Shui city, with the case study.
