From the interpreting the Standard of Ideological and ethical education(Draft Experiment),Ideological and ethical textbook and other curriculum document,found it has great curriculum enactment practice orientation.Many experts regards there has idealistic in the curriculum enactment orientation,for its based on teachers' higher ability and quality.So in new curriculum reforms today,how do Ideological and Ethical teachers enact this curriculum? Do the teachers have the ability and quality which are demand by curriculum enactment? Based on these questions,I made the research perspective to Ideological and Ethical teachers' curriculum enact practice.Curriculum enactment orientation is a complex practice,which is involved lots of elements.If researches plan to explore the truth,must be targeted research methods and clear idea of the study. This study's research methods is qualitative research orientation,selecting a middle school X teacher A to do case study:In natural situation use physical collection,interviewing,classroom observation and the other way of collecting data to comprehensive study of teacher A's curriculum enact practice. In the research train of thought,dividing teacher A's curriculum enact practice into preparing lessons giving lessons and thinking lesson,to curriculum development,curriculum implementation, curriculum research aspect three main line,paying close attention to how does she enact treatment curriculum objective,curriculum content,curriculum resources and other curriculum factors.From the research of teacher A's curriculum enactment current situation,there are some problems exist in curriculum enactment practice:short of curriculum knowledge,lack of curriculum enactment awareness,missing curriculum enactment in-itself,curriculum enactment narrow,weaking the ability of curriculum enactment,lacking enough environment support to curriculum enactment.After careful analysising,conclusion that there are not only underlying reasons such as teachers themselves curriculum creation awareness is weak,awareness of curriculum creation is err on otherside,low capacity of curriculum enactment,but also have externalities,such as lacking enough environment support to curriculum creation.From the above,This study's research propose solution and recommendations to this problem from three aspects:First of all,theory carding Ideological and ethical teachers' curriculum enact from meaning,basic character,primacy,theory foundation and other aspects.Hoping from the re-recognize of Ideological and Ethical teachers enactment practice. Exploring the essence of Ideological and Ethical teachers' curriculum enactment to achieve correcting an err of teachers' curriculum creation recognize.Second,from the teachers' internal need of teachers' curriculum enactment,set up case of teaching,leaning research community,research, reflective teaching,curriculum action research and other forms to improve teachers' sense and ability of curriculum creation.At last,advocating the administrative departments of education,community, family and other social circles broad participation,caring and help teachers' curriculum creation praction,form rebuilding school's system,drawing up school-based curriculum resources nets to create a supportive environment.
