And the researcher himself should be the research tool to do the holistic research to the social phenomena. When doing the research, the researcher should do interaction activity with the research object and provide interpretative understanding to the object's action and meaning.Writer chose a class as the research ground, which belongs to the Foreign Language College of S University in Guilin. The cooperator is an American teacher who was in charge of Oral English Course in eight classes. The time of collecting data was from January 2005 to September 2006; the way of collecting included observation, conversation and material objects.
