Analysis And Countermeasures On The Actuality Of The High-level Volleyball Sports Teams In The General Universities Of Jiangsu Province

High-level sports teams in general universities was taken the competition sports into education, this was the development tendency of the world competitive sports of today. Though the high-level volleyball teams in Chinese general universities have had some achievements in the practicing and exploring, but it's level was much lower, there are some inquiries in the sports teams running. The author took a detail investigation on the circumstance of the high-level volleyball teams in Jiangsu province, provide antidotes on the inquiries of the circumstance, and hope it would provide referential warranty for the development of the competitive volleyball sports in universities of Jiangsu province and the nation. The result shows: ambiguous target, no wholesome encouragement system, deficient fund input, dated gymnasiums and installments, few technological input, few cooperation with the RE. universities and the research organizations, not amplify it's advantages, single team form, contradictions between study and training, few competition, few coach's job training, few full-time coach, some inquiries in enrollment of the high-level volleyball teams in universities of Jiangsu province. The antidotes are: strengthen leading and management, establish encouragement system, definite the team target, expand the fund inputs, improve the gymnasium, induce the market system, run all directions team forms, expand the pipelines of the team fund inputs, strengthen the technological inputs, strengthen the cooperation with othermajors, P.E. universities and research organizations, amplify the advantages of the universities, reform the enrollment policy, expand the enrollment pipelines, settle the contradictions between study and training, increase competitions opportunity, perfect the job training system of the coaches, improve the coach's vocational level, take on full-time coaches.
