College Of Jiangsu Province High-level Men's Basketball Team Status Quo And Development Of Countermeasures Research

The paper applies the research methodology of documentation, interview, investigation and statistics, the main research objects are the coaches and athletes of Jiangsu college male basketball teams, so that to analyze the field facility, students' recruiting, organization, training and tournaments, coach teams in a systemic way, based on these research the author brings forwards the development countermeasure and suggestions.The research shows that all the colleges have a clear management system as well as a clear purpose of organizing a team; the coach teams tends to be a younger one, a lower academic degree as well as the technical title, lack of experienced coaches. What's more, most of the coaches are part time, they all face heavy training tasks; the average technical skills of athletes are not high enough; there are lots of restrictions in the students' recruiting policies, coaches lack of recruiting authority, which makes the students' quality and quantity severely insufficient; most colleges have training field and facility, but the outlay is not enough; most colleges do not have enough training time, the training intensity within the team is not enough, the technical skills slip in recent 3 years. Based on those matters, the Countermeasures are as followings: enlarging coaches' authority of students recruiting according to present recruiting policy, increasing recruiting numbers, setting up a more steady students resource area, finding out a new recruiting way; establishing and perfecting our provincial students basketball competition system, increase the competition strength; perfecting the inspiring system, advancing the training efficiency, ensuring the training quality; lightening the coaches working intensity, increasing their salary treatment, to build up a more technical and high level coaches team.The purpose of this article is to provide the scientific basis and reference to the decision making and training management of Jiangsu College education supervision departments, so that to contribute to the Jiangsu College male basketball's overall athletics level and accelerate Jiangsu College male basketball's sustainable development.
