Scientific and effective classroom management has great significance directly. It can not only improve the teaching quality , but also promote the physical and mental development of the students. The traditional classroom management laid much more emphasis on behavior controlling and total obedience to the teachers, Which prohibited the behavior from being built on the reflexion of internal value of an individual .With the progress of society and economic market system reforming, the education is facing immense challenges .It demands to foster fully-developed persons who own independent thinking ability , creative ability and corporation ideal .It's obvious that personality development have become a predominant trend in the further exploration of education reform. Nevertheless , in real world , the classroom management imposed stationary and unified standard on the students .Thus, the students' class -life became separated segment, they had no choice but to submit to the teachers' authority , These setbacks hampered personality development of everyone. So , the classroom management ,which create the condition for people's persistent development program, must keep pace with modem education development. As a teacher , manager of the class , should set up up-to-date classroom management concept whose final goal is synthetically quality development of each student .He also should create fair, respect, relax , active and concordant class atmosphere, Apart from these , a good teacher must build up teaching organization that can hence class communication .That's to say, offer them good environment which fit for their personality development, At the same time, The teacher should put stress on the development of students' self-control ability.
