Curriculum implementation is an activity turning the curriculum theory into the curriculum practice. And it is a key item which has great impart on the success of the curriculum reform. But it should depend on teachers to accomplish the curriculum implementation, which will not be a process of planning, starting-up, and pushing of its own motion. Teachers play an important role during the process of transferring the curriculum theory into the practice. In order to ensure that the realization of the curriculum value will be maximized, we must strengthen the research of teachers and the curriculum implementation. Based on the current researches of curriculum implementation, this dissertation systematically analyzes some problems and obstacles, which teachers have met in the process of curriculum implementation at present, by using multiple methods, such as interview, observation, questionnaire and literature analysis. In addition, it gives some proposals for teachers to implement the curriculum effectively.The dissertation consists of four parts:Part one deals with the analysis of curriculum implementation and its essence. It compares the concept of curriculum implementation with some relative concepts and analyzes the essence and value of the curriculum implementation.Part two is concerned with the analysis of the relationship between teacher and curriculum implementation, focusing on analyzing teachers' roles in curriculum implementation. It considers "teacher" as the subject of curriculum implementation, that is, " the teacher is the curriculum " , and analyzes some factors of teachers themselves that influence curriculum Implementation. It considers that teachers' development gives impetus to the new curriculum implementation, and teachers can gain progresses in the process of the new curriculum implementation.Part three analyzes some problems and obstacles that teachers have met in implementing curriculum at present, which are summarized as follows: teachers'inadequate consciousness of the curriculum; the scarcity of the corresponding knowledge, technical abilities and the curriculum and cooperation among teachers; the lack of supports of the curriculum policy and evaluation system and some relative factors such as time and resources.Part four brings forward some constructive suggestions for teacher to promote curriculum implementation effectively. They are summarized as follows: changing the role actively, improving the professional level; enhancing the demonstrating abilities of teachers' curriculum power; reconstructing the current evaluation system; rebuilding the culture of the school and teacher culture; perfecting teachers' training system so as to promote teachers' professional development.
