There won't be any effects for a complete curriculum program if it comes without the cooperation and efforts of the teachers. The progress of a curriculum implementation is affected by many factors that include the qualities, the attitudes, the concepts and the teaching methods. It is important for a curriculum implementation to take the teachers seriously and rely on the teachers fully and play the roles of teachers during the Curriculum reform. My paper discusses the situation of the curriculum implementation from different aspects (the age, the subjects, the area, the stage, the qualification) during the assessment of the reform of basic education curriculum. According to the performance of the teachers in different backgrounds, my paper analyze the causes of the attitudes of a teacher, the adaptability of a teacher, the changes of a teacher and the quality of a teacher during the curriculum reform. From different aspects such as the teachers, the evaluation system, the society and the parents, I propose some methods to ensure the curriculum implementation. On this basis, some conclusions on advancing teacher curriculum implementation are made and some questions needed further consideration are proposed in order to provide some scientific instruction to the teachers of basic education.The dissertation consists of eight chapters:Chapter 1 introduces the studying object and methods, and the studying process on collection and analysis.Chapter 2 is the concept and summarization. Identifies the concept of"curriculum implementation", introduces the studying background, and discusses the worth of this study.Chapter 3 is the core of this dissertation, in which I try to find out the different background of teachers'curriculum implementation: the teachers'attitudes and adaptability of the curriculum reform.Chapter 4 presents teachers'questions form the reform of curriculum, and how to solve them.Chapter 5 find out the factors of influencing teachers'comprehension under the analysis of four Teacher's Questionnaires, which conclude the conventional opinions, the problem of curriculum reform self, teacher's faculties, school-based research, appraise methods and exam system.Chapter 6 presents some advice on teacher, appraise system, school culture, specialty support and society on the basic of research, to promote the teachers'curriculum implementation.Chapter 7 makes a summarization and proposes some questions needed to think over in the study and also presents some valuable questions for further consideration.
