Implementation of curriculum isan important research field that are accompanied by the deepening of the emergence of curriculum reform. Curriculum reform and curriculum implementation are a key aspects, the success or the failure of curriculum reform depends on the implementation of curriculum. It is a dynamic process in practice and it is an important part as well, No matter what kind of curriculum in accordance with the understanding of designers will inevitably encounter the problem of the implementation of curriculum, hence it is necessary that study the curriculum implementation in the air of reform in the basic education curriculum.The research method mainly is Case Study Method. taking the school in Lanzhou for example, by means of interviewing, and questionnaire Method, selecting all teachers in school and all students in grade two as study object, through questionnaire survey and interview to conduct a study, according to the results of the statistics analysis, coming to a conclude in order to make researchers recognize the significance of study from a qualitative angle.The thesis including six parts, the first part presents the study background, purpose, and significance of the research, overview of relevant studies, and the purpose of the study. The second part mainly introduces the overview of the case school, including school introduction, school's safeguard, school's practice in the new curriculum implementation, the third part mainly is the current situation of the new curriculum implementation in the case school, so to speak, statistics on the questionnaire and analysis. The fourth part mainly introduces the problem and analysis of the case school, including the teachers'traditional ideas, inadequate of development and utilization in curriculum resources, teachers are confront with confuse in the teaching, the executive led government and the lack of many people who involve in curriculum implementation. The improper evaluation to teachers and students. The fifth part mainly keeps up with solving strategy, including the teachers must establish new concept of the teacher'education and set up a new ideas of knowledge, enhance the teacher's quality, performing the new curriculum policies, building up a new type of schools, perfecting the mechanism of the evaluation as well. But this is only the case for the school that has been selected in the problem's solution aspect, The case study requires researchers breakthrough and go beyond the narrow vision in order to recognize the situation and rise to a higher level by grasping the essence of the problem, So the sixth part mainly draws the enlightenment, these are as follows: the headmaster is the key to the implementation of curriculum, The teachers'training is the core and strengthen the system construction is guarantee, So as to lead to researchers who follow up to think the problems of the curriculum implementation deeply.
