The Internet era has accelerated the process of global integration and promoted the competition and exchange of international talents.The comprehensive quality of a country's talents represents the comprehensive strength of the country in the future.For this reason,while the quality education in China is deepening,it is also beginning to pay attention to training talents from a more comprehensive and far-reaching perspective.Moral education in schools has been attached great importance,and the people-oriented concept of sound development has become the main purpose of moral education.However,in the current training mode of attaching importance to intelligence rather than morality,the mental health and personality integrity of senior high school students are still neglected,resulting in a higher detection rate.The author combines professional knowledge and educational practice to study the impact of moral education management on students'personality development in senior high schools,so as to promote the management of moral education in senior high schools to come up with real strategies,achieve practical results,have comprehensive implications,promote promotion,and promote students' healthy personality shaping.Senior high school is an important period for shaping students'personality,conduct and psychological quality.Effective integration of mental health education and moral education is conducive to helping students establish correct three views and shape sound personality.At present,there are many problems in moral education management in senior high schools:schools,parents and students attach more importance to wisdom than morality;the objectives of moral education management are too ideal;the contents of moral education management are vague and lack of foresight;and moral education management focuses on compliance and ideological guidance while ignoring the cultivation of mental health and personality.The author believes that:high school students with a sound personality,with the desire and pursuit of truth,goodness and beauty,independent ideals and beliefs,lasting interests and hobbies,can adapt to more environments,and then harmonious development.However,the traditional exam-oriented education still occupies the core position of talent evaluation in the real society.From society,schools to families and individuals,there is a widespread idea of emphasizing knowledge over morality and scores over personality.The proposition of "building people by virtue" can be regarded as a sign of the change of moral education concept in China.To shape the sound personality of senior high school students,moral education management should follow the principles of the times,reality,integrity and subjectivity.It is necessary to build a school moral education system conducive to personality cultivation and students'development,pay attention to self-management and self-education,promote students' self-development,improve the mechanism of mental health education,and infiltrate personality cultivation into subject teaching.Specific management measures include changing the concept of moral education management,optimizing the environment of moral education management,building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,giving full play to the role of the main body of education,increasing inter-school moral education exchanges,stimulating students'inherent potential,enriching the content of moral education,designing methods of moral education and improving the evaluation system of moral education.
