Because of the stagnant of the physical course theoretical research, which result in prevalent fuzzy and deviation to understand the physical course. The result indicated few achievements have published that involved in the discussion and research in physical course theory field in the whole country after looked into full text data of China periodical network.Based on the problem, This thesis plan to regard the education theory of humanism and psychological theory of humanism as guidance, use multi-disciplinary theories, such as course theory, studying theory, teaching theory etc, combine the current situation of physical course in our country, put forward the idea of physical course of "Center around the Human Being" dynamic characteristic and the implement tactics.This thesis is made up of four parts. In the foreword of the thesis, the era background and significance of research to physical course of "Center around the Human Being" was introduced, and the research advances in this field in domestic and overseas were alsodiscussed in this part.The second part, the theoretical foundation of physical course of "Center around the Human Being" is explored. That involve psychological foundation, course theory foundation, pedagogy foundation and foundation of physical course of "Center around the Human Being" in the sport science field.This thesis probed into the goal, cultivation principle and dynamic characteristic of physical course of "Center around the Human Being" in the third part. Humane spirit is interpreted as a kind of values in a lot of research reports.
