| As a comprehensive subject, the development of sports humanistic sociology which has an important bearing on the change of sports theories even the whole sports career is worthy of great attention. Recently, some valuable researches have been done about this subject, but they only focus on methodology, developing rules, characteristics, task and the theoretical frame rather than reasonable analysis as well as systematic research of basic concepts and motivational mechanism. Research on the motivational mechanism plays an important role in sound and lasting development of sports humanistic sociology. Starting with defining and analyzing related concepts, combing humanity with sociology as well as related knowledge, this thesis establishes the concepts of sports humanistic sociology and motivational mechanism of it. By adopting methods of documents and data, systematic analysis, expert interview, etc. the author of this thesis sums up and concludes influencing factors of developing of sports humanistic sociology, and also puts forward the guiding principals, goals and contents of the developing motivation mechanism.The conclusion is as the following:(1) Sports humanistic sociology is a comprehensive subject based on sports science and humanistic sociology. It consists of several sub-subjects, such as sports esthetics, sports law, sports psychology, sports sociology, sports morality, sports economics, etc.(2) The developing of sports humanistic sociology is influenced by both internal and external causes, the former of which including subjects crossing, different schools and the self-sibilate factors; while the latter of which including factors of society demanding, values, personnel, systems and fund.(3) The prerequisite of the developing of sports humanistic sociology is that the common people and related deciding personnel possess correct sports ideas. Its basic requirement is the support of relevant authorities of sports and education. The ability and interest of researchers of this subject is also an important condition.(4) Fund used for scientific research is the basis of its development. Only with enough fund can related researches, academic and teaching activities be carried out in order. The main way of solving fund problem is to increase scientific fund and used it in a reasonable way.(5) Talents are in the leading position during the developing of this subject. The training of scientific researching group, teaching group and academic leaders is of great importance. Choosing excellent talent according to the principle of "publicity, fairness and justice". Training talents from the following four aspects: academic morality, academic culture, sports researching ability and going abroad.(6) Postgraduates majoring in sports humanistic sociology is the important force of making sports research. So the reform of training postgraduates has a deep influence. The main contents of reforming training modes are establishing scientific selecting system, improving the quality and implementing flexible teaching methods.(7) Establishing information database plays an important role in selecting and using sport humanistic sociology talents and opening related activity, which will improve the efficiency and save resources.(8) The construction of hardware including labs, data room and purchase of other instruments is the material basis of developing humanistic sociology, which will improve teaching and researching efficiency of humanistic sociology.(9) The exchange between humanistic sociology and other fields lies in crossing with other subjects, cooperating with sports teams and exchanging with western sports theoretical fields, which not only broadens the research view but also improves its serving function.(10) This article constructs the sports humanities sociology evolution development power mechanism content may provide certain theory and the method basis for the sports humanities sociology discipline construction, formulates the correlation laws and regulations policy for the decision-making body to provide the thought instruction and the intelligence support. |
