When I project the investigative vision to the teacher's profession development, I read first of is "Suggestions Which Give to Teachers" this origin for teacher educates move people deeply. The Author concerning" promote the teacher to do some science research in daily pursuit" of suggestion and its oneself is in educational daily pursuit the body proceeds energetically, to the education, every kind of problem in teaching practice adopts the research attitude which show us one phenomenon from the tireless spirit, that is the teacher can engage in the research, promoting the oneself, expanding the profession characteristic of the oneself.Takes a wide view to the social development, the knowledge information turns the characteristic to plays stronger and stronger, reflect the education inside, not only requests the teacher changes traditional education idea, but also need the teacher to change the role, teach from the knowledge change into the instructor of studying the method, teaches in research and grows up in research. Here, the policy of PDS establishment of the United States and the new curriculum reform of our country, provided the chance as well as to put forward the challenge .So, how the teacher grows up by engaging in the research? This exactly this text investigates primarily its place. The full text is divided into totally three parts:The first part, proceed to the " teachers as researchers" in conceptual interpret, combining to explain why" act" and " reflect" is an innate character that teachers become the researchers.The second part, the research path that teachers become researchers and the main method are inquired into. Considerate school research as the path, by a foothold in the classroom, regard the research method of the quality as the means, pay in the action, then that become the foundation for the teacher to set up the fulfillment terrace.The third part, regard the teacher T's teaching research as the solid instance , through the teacher T's research and his own words and my observation to teacher T's classroom teaching, I analyze the teacher T's experience, perplexity and the joy of the growth.How far do the teachers of our country leave the research? In the conclusion, the writer tries to make the answer to this problem, but, have no clear and definite arithmetic figure can proof it, only have the thriving expectation, in fact, this is already enough..
