In contemporary education field, the voice of teacher becoming researcher is higher and higher. To how to become a researcher, which action research prevailing in western social science responses, as well break a new path for boosting teacher's development.The research adopts the methodology of qualitative research, describes and analyzes an action research done by a teacher in teaching. The data collection is obtained by questionnaire, interview and observation. And the time span is from Aug. 29, 2005 to Jun. 30, 2006. In the paper, comparison analysis and SPSS statistic analysis are taken to do data analysis.The researching place is two classes of grade two of a high school in Jinhua city, one is experimental class and the other is contrast class in the research. The researching objective is a teacher who teaches information technology for the two classes. The cooperative study is the research course we put into practice in the teaching. The research is led by two research clues, one is that the description we do to the teacher who does action research, through listening class and interview, the paper describes the teacher how to find the problem, how to clear where the problem is and how to solve the problem in his teaching. The other is that the analysis we do to the action research done by the teacher. Which focuses on mainly the effectiveness of action research and advantage and disadvantage in his action research.The research describes and analyzes three cases of cooperative study. Case one describes and analyzes how the teacher organize class and maintain class discipline; Case two describes and analyzes the attempt done by the teacher to improve students' studying enthusiasm from the viewpoint of the sense of adscription and self-respect; And case three describes and analyzes the research done by the teacher to improve effectivity of posing questions. Finally, the papter applies SPSS software to do comparison analysis between the experimental class and contract class before and after doing research respectively.
