The study summarizes the theoretical and empirical research on the instructional objectives, on the basis of which the presentation strategy of the instructional objectives is designed for the teachers, especially the green-hand ones and the elderly students , simultaneously with a training experiment carried out to examine it.The training experiment comprises such procedures as the following : first providing the related training, then the subject teacher giving a video class .then the subject students watching the video class , having an immediate and a delay test , and then writing their own learning objectives about the given material and so on .The experiment aims at testing that the application of the presentation strategy of instructional objectives can promote students to properly regulate their cognitive strategies as well as memorize .comprehend and retain knowledge; hence reflecting the improvement of the teaching efficiency. It turns out that the subjects in the experimental group obviously did better than those in the contrast groups both in the memory, comprehension and retention of knowledge and writing their learning objectives. Hence it is concluded that the application of such an strategy in class can effectively improve the teaching efficiency.
