Jiang Zemin said meaningfully in the Third National Educational conference: "Education is responsible for a country' s future." As a compulsory subject in the secondary school ,PE. In improving young people' s constitution ,training young people' s will promoting their healthy growth , functions enormously. While a country' s PE level is closely connected with the level of competence of all the PE teachers. The teachers' quality is the foundation of good physical education. As one member of specialized PE teachers team, every one should be strict with himself, continually enhance his comprehensive qualities, "the doctrines of learning , strict teacher dwells on ", "Xue Ji" can serve as an ancient proof of the present "strict teacher" idea.《China ' education reform and development outline》 in February 1993 pointed out "Examination-orientated education should turn the orbit of improving comprehensively school. Education should improve over ally all the students' ideological morals ,culture and science level, working skills and quality in body and mental, promote the students ' healthy development ". Thereafter , "Quality-Orientated education " goes deeply in the people' s heart. The all-round implementation of quality-orientation education and the new national basic courses reform bring a great challenge to the team building of PE teachers in secondary schools. We must know the present condition of the staff's quality structure, clearly understand the status quo of staff's recognition about it and give prominence to its improvement.This thesis is based theoretically on the expert' s investigation, factually on the present condition of the secondary school PE teachers' quality structure in Hebei province and analyzes all the factors mentioned above and compares them with the standard quality structure which should be one part in middle school PE teachers, finally draws the following conclusions:The future quality for middle school PE teacherExtensive knowledge combined with intensive expertiseSenior level of PE education and researchCreative abilityEducation intelligenceWhole personality and sound in body and mindHealth aesthetic standardsThis thesis based on the present condition of staff's recognition about their quality structure of Hebei middle school PE teachers and their continual education situation ,draws a conclusion about the future teachers quality structure and puts forward some suggestion for the training of the PE majors in the normal universities as well as the extended training of the middle school PE teachers, and hopes that it will offer some beneficial references for the further development of PE teacher' s educational work in Hebei province.
