Hubei province is a big education province, the annual output of middle schoolPE teachers’ talents. High school student is the foundation of national prosperity, sothe body health is the key. As a middle school PE teachers shoulder the cultureeducation for middle school students the task of “health first” thought. Study middleschool PE teachers’ professional quality structure in Hubei province of Hubeiprovince sports education professional student cultivation has important referencevalue, especially to the domestic research personnel training for students majoring inphysical education theory and practice significance. This article USES the literaturematerial law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method, comparativemethod, logical analysis and so on, through the questionnaire, interview method,completed the study of middle school PE teachers’ professional quality structure ofHubei province is roughly build, the cultivation of physical education major studentsin Hubei province has a view of utility, so as to promote the development of Hubeiprovince middle school sports teacher training, the all-round development of talentsfor our country’s middle school physical education teachers to lay a solid foundation.This research thought:(1) The composition of middle school PE teachers’ quality structure in Hubeiprovince is the basis of quality, professional quality, career quality development.Among them, the basic quality include physical quality and psychological quality;Professional development quality including the knowledge structure of quality andteaching ability, training ability, research ability and judging ability; Professionalquality including professional ethics quality development and information abilityquality.(2) The basic quality, the importance of middle school PE teachers’ basic qualityin teachers of higher professional and technical ability and psychological controlability for students.(3) Professional quality aspect, middle school sports teachers’ professionalquality is the important specialized theory knowledge, education teaching knowledge, humanities knowledge, language expression ability, arrange classroom teaching,demonstration ability, reasonable use of training methods and means, the applicationof scientific research methods, research paper writing, scientific innovation ability,sports organization arrangement and equipment using ability, to deal withemergencies ability games these aspects.(4) Career development aspect, middle school PE teachers’ professionaldevelopment quality important is that the “scholarship”、“care about respectstudents”、“ability to apply the modern teaching media”、“ability of using the Internetto collect information” these four aspects.(5) Professional sports colleges and universities sports education on thecurriculum objectives didn’t attach importance to the scientific research innovationability of students, set the course structure set did not attach importance to the trainingof the students ability of learning the theoretical knowledge, in the practice ofcurriculum education attaches great importance to the students’ teaching ability andthe ability to exercise.(6) In the curriculum structure setting in physical education major in teacherscolleges in no attaches great importance to the students’ comprehensive professionalskills training.
