Based on related research results, this paper adopts questionnaire investigation with the on-the-spot form—interview investigation together, studies teacher—student's communicating problems. First, the paper distincts and definites the related concepts. Then, it describes the present condition of teacher— student's communication, announces the teacher — student's communicating problems and analyses the reasons about them. Finally, this paper puts forward the homologous suggestion to resolve teacher—student's communicating problems.The results of the research express:1. some problems exit in teacher—student's communication , and come out with the some certain forms. 2.the factors that affect teacher — student's communication are very complicated. Besides teacher and student, the level of school management , latent systems and culture also affect teacher—student's communication.3. The suggestion to resolve the communicating problems launches from two aspects, teacher's individual and management level. As far as the teacher's individual concerned, teacher should set up science view about teacher and student; study communicational theories, train communicational technique, promote communicational abilities. As to school governor and educational governor , they should reform the current educational systems; carry out quality education; reduce the class scale, positively investigate diversification of teaching organized form, improve class management; enhance the teacher's training.
