From Analyzing The Character Of Excellent Physical Education Teachers To Research How To Develop The Quality Of The College P.E Teacher

College physical education is a part of college teaching and it is an educating system which has various forms, contends elements and functions. Meanwhile, college physical teaching is the main content and the key way of quality-oriented education. College P. E teacher is the main body in college physical teaching who take the very important duty of educating high-level specialized talents of different fields. The new situation of college physical education provides new opportunities for teachers to show their genius and pioneer innovation. The rapid development of market economy and the continuous appearance of the new concept make a big influence on the athletics. Through the reform of P. E, college physical teaching has achieved a big progress. Many excellent P. E teachers have done a good job in their ordinary stations.
