pre-college physical teachers are on the foundamental stage of the specialization development of the P.E teachers,in which their main task is to learn the content stipulated by the curriculum plan to lay a solid foundation for the future career of P.E teachers.Therefore, improving pre-professional levels of the physical education teachers,just as in the source of the good "quality control"is of great significance in enhancing and promoting the competitiveness of the physical education teachers professionalization . Pre-professional evaluation of physical education teachers can not only reflect the pre-professional status of physical education teachers for their development-oriented, but also look at training institutions for pre-physical education teacher education, and further optimize the curriculum, improve teaching to provide feedback. literature consultation , expert interviews, questionnaire survey method and levels of analysis are used in this study.On the basis of further analysis and study of realistic and theoretical evidences of pre-college physical education teacher professional evaluation system in Sichuan Province, a case of Sichuan Normal University is taken to analyze the construction of the Sichuan Normal University, pre-professional physical education teacher evaluation system for all colleges and universities to build in line with the characteristics of pre-school physical education teacher evaluation system for professional reference. This paper focused mainly on three issues:(1)What is the rofessional evaluation system of pre-service physical education teachers based on? The professional education of physical pre-teachers is needed in the specialization of the physical teachers . In this paper, the professional development of teachers, based on the theory, the main questionnaire was used, from the targeting training, curriculum, teaching status of three aspects of Sichuan Province, pre-college physical education teacher education, a survey is conducted on the status quo, explore pre-college building in Sichuan Province physical education teacher professional evaluation system based on the reality.(2) What is the theoretical basis of building professional evaluation system for pre-service physical education teachers?Pre-professional physical education teachers should not only reflect the "double-professional" features and stage features, but its meaning also in tandem with social changes are continuously enriched. Therefore, pre-professional evaluation system for physical education teachers should have a grasp professionalism, outstanding short-term, reflecting the characteristics of the times, based on this, this paper presents the theoretical basis for building evaluation system are: Lifelong Education, teacher professional development theory, outstanding teachers Physical growth patterns and basic education curriculum reform.(3) How to build pre-service physical education teacher professional evaluation system?This section is to be completed mainly through three steps: One indicator system to determine, first, using literature method, primary target; and then the first round of the questionnaire by experts and the second round of surveys, screening and to identify targets; second is the determination of index weight , by experts, the findings of the third round of the questionnaire, using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index; third evaluation index system of testing, using questionnaires and differentiation of experts examined the scientific nature of the evaluation system, the effectiveness of the inspection.
