General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference: "The new era and the new situation,reform and opening up,socialist modernization,promoting the comprehensive development of people,and social progress have put forward new and higher requirements for education and learning." Looking at the world,it is not difficult to find that the reform measures of teachers ’education on teachers are not difficult to find that the excellent orientation of teachers’ quality is the trend of global teacher education reform.Building a team of excellent teachers and educators has become a key task for my country’s new era of education reform and development,and it is also related to the construction process of educational power and talent power."Education is prosperous," and "sports strong is strong." Accelerate the pace of the construction of sports power,build Healthy China,and cultivate excellent physical education teachers to become the primary point of this work.The professional literacy of excellent physical education teachers is the core of ensuring sports and educating people.To this end,it is the intention of building a scientific and reasonable professional literacy index system for excellent physical teachers and guiding sports teachers to excellence.This study comprehensively uses related educational theories,document policies and existing literature research.Through expert consultation methods,it has constructed three first-level dimensions of the professionalism of excellent physical education teachers: professional affection,professional knowledge,professional ability;11second-level indicators:Teachers’ morality,educational feelings,international consciousness,knowledge of physical education,physical education knowledge,comprehensive knowledge of education,professional skills,teaching ability,academic research,professional development,professional leadership,and multiple three-level elements belonging to.Then use the hierarchical analysis method to determine the weight distribution of the professional literacy index system of excellent physical education teachers.The specific content of this study consists of the following five parts:The first part of the national education reform,my country’s new era of the training needs of excellent teachers,and the professional growth of excellent physical education teachers to explore the reason for the topic selection;explain research significance at the theoretical and practical level;The results are combed and discussed the theoretical foundation and research design of research.The second part is mainly about the connotation and characteristics of the professional literacy of excellent physical education teachers,which aims to clarify the issues such as "what is excellent physical teachers" and "what are their professional literacy".Through the analysis of the concepts of "excellent teachers","excellent physical education teachers",and "professional literacy",the connotation and characteristics of "excellent sports teachers’ professional literacy" were finally refined based on this research positioning.The third part is based on the theoretical foundation,document policies,and existing related research to explain and sort out,and initially construct the professional literacy index system of excellent physical education teachers.The constructive results include three first-level dimensions,11 second-level indicators and 35 tertiary elements of professional affection,professional knowledge and professional capabilities.The fourth part is mainly based on the index system of the initial plan.This part uses Delphi,that is,two rounds of consultation on expert opinions to ensure the effectiveness of the indicators.After consulting the opinions of experts,the coordination factor of the expert’s opinion was used to calculate the coordination factor of the expert’s opinion,deleted the indicators at all levels,repaired the content of each indicator,and completed the construction of the content of the professional literacy index system of excellent physical teachers.Finally,in order to highlight the integrity of the content of the indicators,the connotation of the professional literacy indicators of the excellent physical education teachers constructed was interpreted in detail.The fifth part is the weight of building an excellent physical teacher’s professional literacy index system.Through expert consultation,the data results are adopted by layer analysis,and the weight of the professional literacy index system of excellent physical education teachers is finally determined.The sixth part is to propose the cultivation path of excellent physical education teachers.In order to cope with the real challenges of the improvement of the literacy of excellent physical teachers,combined with the requirements of the professional literacy index system of excellent physical education teachers,the path of professional literacy training was proposed from three aspects: professional affection,professional knowledge and professional ability.After the above six parts of research,the establishment of an excellent physical teacher’s professional literacy indicator system was established.In the background of the new era,it provides corresponding theoretical reference values for the formulation of professional evaluation standards for the future excellence.The self-growth of the person indicates the excellent expectations of the direction.
