the process of national rejuvenation,national prosperity and social progress.As a special group of teachers,physical education teachers shoulder the important task of strengthening physique,perfecting personality and tempering will.Training excellent physical education teachers is the key measure to promote the high quality development of physical education teachers and enhance students’ physique,and It is an important path to realize the construction of a strong country in sports,education and a healthy China.Therefore,in the new era and new development stage,it is more necessary to deepen the reform of excellent physical education teacher training mode based on the law of teacher education development and the particularity of physical education subject,so as to cultivate more excellent physical education teachers.Using literature,case study,comparative study,interview,logic and other research methods,taking the cultivation mode of excellent physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools as the research object,based on the theoretical interpretation of excellent physical education teachers and the text analysis of the cultivation mode of excellent physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in 7 domestic and foreign universities,And on the basis of deeply grasping the spirit of the national plan for the cultivation of excellent teachers and learning from foreign experience of the cultivation of excellent physical education teachers,the model of the cultivation of excellent physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools is constructed from the theoretical level.According to the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Excellent physical education teachers are high-quality professional and innovative physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools who possess noble ethics and profound educational feelings,master solid knowledge and skills related to physical education and health,and have excellent teaching and teaching abilities,scientific research and innovation abilities,teaching management abilities and sports skills.The training mode of excellent physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools focuses on the training of pre-service physical education teachers.Under the guidance of education philosophy,the training mode of excellent physical education teachers is oriented,covering the educational teaching organization process consisting of five elements: policy guarantee,training objectives,selection system,teacher composition and curriculum system.2.There are mainly three modes of training excellent teachers in foreign primary and secondary schools:subject,orientation and result-oriented.The domestic excellent teacher training models for primary and secondary schools are divided into four modes: subject,orientation,stage,and result-oriented,which together present the characteristics of time-to-full,participation and linkage,spatial integration,and content integration.3.Based on the analysis of the training mode of excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad,a high-quality professional and innovative training mode of excellent physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools with the integration of bachelor’s degree,master’s degree and doctoral degree is constructed.Its elements mainly include policy guarantee,training objectives,selection system,teacher composition and curriculum system.4."Opinions 2.0" and other national policy documents provide policy guarantees for the cultivation of excellent physical education teachers.With the goal of cultivating solid theoretical knowledge,strong practical ability,high ideological quality,and superb motor skills,it focuses on the combination of ordinary selection and secondary selection.The selection system adopts a four-in-one faculty team of class tutors + theoretical tutors +practical tutors + research tutors,and builds a curriculum system based on "theoretical teaching courses + practical teaching courses + characteristic courses".Based on the conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:1.The high-quality,professionalized and innovative training mode of excellent physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools with the integration of master’s degree and doctoral degree is mainly aimed at the pre-service training of excellent physical education teachers.There is still a lack of in-service and post-service research on excellent physical education teachers,and this mode is limited to theoretical research,which needs further demonstration.2.The high-quality,professional and innovative training mode of excellent physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools that integrates undergraduate,master,and doctoral programs has high requirements for the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities.If universities do not have masters or doctoral degrees in physical education,it is recommended to carry out long-term joint training with universities in the region with masters and doctoral degrees in physical education to jointly cultivate excellent physical education teachers in the new era. |
