On The Relationship Between The Management Of Administration And The One Of Academy In Universities

The further research on the management of academy and the one of administration, both of which are the essential parts of the managements in universities, is still needed today when it has developed greatly and there have been several remarkable books published on it. This thesis, on the basis of the concepts and characteristics of the two kinds of managements, takes the methods of formal analysis and virtual analysis to give a close look at the relationship of the two kinds. Through the method of formal analysis, the thesis tries to disclose how sophisticated the relationship is and its present conditions after introducing the history of the two kinds of managements. Through the method of virtual analysis, the thesis indicates that the two kinds of managements are indispensable both in function and in practice. As a result, in order to solve the problem of the relationship between them, the thesis puts forward the necessity and the practically possible patterns to coordinate the relationship of them, as well as some advice and measures.
