Students' Self-management Of Academy's Safety Research In Private Higher Vocational Colleges

Since the beginning of this century,the influence of college and university enrollment expansion has gradually emerged.Thereinto,the biggest challenge to the manager of college and university students is the sharp increase of students' number while the original management methods are outdated.From the perspective of cultivating students,the previous entirely different professionalization mode also reveals the deficiency in molding students' personality.In this situation,the academy system's introduction of Hong Kong and Taiwan is a undoubtedly and completely new attempt.Academy system is both a kind of cultivation mode and a management mode of student community,different from the original professionalization management mode's focusing on class management when compared with,it focuses more on the management of community,i.e.the dormitory management.The dormitory's widely distributed and difficult to manage put forward higher dem and to the manager of self-management.Private higher vocational colleges' applying of students' self-management in academy's safety is not only the need of logistics socialization reform,but also the inherent meaning of academy's management system,meanwhile,it is the result which is contributed to by the characteristic of students' structure of the private colleges and universities.On the basis of fully considering the need of the construction of campus safety and the implementation of the holistic education,considering the practical characteristics of students' self-management of academy safety as well as the problems that have arisen during the analysis of the academy dormitory's management process,the paper sorts out the mainly relevant literature of recent years which focuses on the research issues and management mechanisms,and clarifies the theory origins and research findings of students' self-management of academy safety;by means of questionnaire survey,interview,and field research,this paper presents the status quo of students' self-management of academy safety from seven aspects;a series of existing problems in students' self-management of academy safety have been discussed,such as the existing problems of obsolete and single management method,imperfect management system,and cadres' imbalanced quality,low prestige and support in student organization's management and operation,existing problems of insufficient understanding of management,incomprehension and lack of support in student organizations,and lack of awareness of safety precautions among community students,existing problems of lacking in tacit understanding,tense relations,and high dependency of student organizations on advisers between self-governing organizations and teacher-stu dent relationships,existing problems of safety management's Education and propaganda are too passively while content is insufficient,existing problems of the imperfect academy's safety management system and the student organization advisers' improper guidance,and proceeding the in-depth analysis from exterior to interior to analyze the five main reasons of existing problems in relation to students' self-management of academy safety,for instance,inadequate quality of students in self-management of academy safety,students' weak awareness of rules in self-management of academy safety,imperfect academy's safety management system,the function and role of the functional departments in school remanins at the level of management rather than in services,social and family's absence of education;in the end,propounds measures to promote private higher vocational colleges' construction about students' self-management of academy safety,that is to set clear objectives on private higher vocational colleges' construction about students' self-management of academy safety,improve the system of students' self-management of academy safety in private higher vocational colleges,reform the organizational structure of students' selfmanagement of academy safety in private higher vocational colleges,detail the measures of students' self-management of academy safety in private higher vocational colleges,strengthen self-management of academy safety,implement self-service of academy safety,guide self-education in academy safety,and motivate self-regulation in academy safety.The key point of this paper is to study the status quo of academy security's risk prevention and self-management as well as operation methods of emergency response in colleges and universities,and put forward a more comprehensive management mode to adapt to the academy system reform and accord with the actual level of the current academy system development.To explore possible directions of further reform for the private higher vocational colleges that have implemented the management mode of academy system on students' self-management of academy's safety,to provide more reference for the private higher vocational colleges that is in preparation for implementation of the academy system reform.
