Educational ideas, educational methodology and tactic and educational administration are innovated during the process of application. At the moment, educational informationization is hot on the earth. According to certain targets and principles, all teaching and studying are coordinated and controlled and are ensured efficiently and sequentially, so the anticipatory aim that cultivate all-round development of virtue, brain, athletics can be achieved, all that is teaching administration in institution of colleges and universities. Many changes have taken place on teaching administration under informationization in institution of colleges and universities. By retrieving and comparing literature the author researched the changes. Under the influence of informationization, new characteristics are appeared. More and more open, more and more collaborative, tending towards flexibility, tending toward virtualization, and interact more and more closely.In the end, this article mainly researches the reformation of teaching administration in institution of colleges and universities under informationization. When we manage teaching and learning in institution of colleges anduniversities, we must pay attention to some question as following: one is innovating the system of teaching administration; optimizing the teaching system as a whole and drawing up a good teaching plan; two is reforming and perfecting routine teaching administration in institution of colleges and universities; three is constructing a excellent procession of teaching administration; and the other is constructing the surroundings of teaching administration in institution of colleges and universities under informationization.
