The Research On Development And Strategies Of Education Informationization In Colleges And Universities Of Guangxi In 21^st Century

The rapid development of IT has been exerting profound influence to every aspect of our society, so education informationization has been one of the main missions of national informationization construction since the end of 20th century. Towards this tendency, there has been advanced development in education infornationization in colleges and universities of Guangxi. All colleges and universities in Guangxi have made huge progress in the construction of facilities, the application of IT, the training of teachers, the development of information resources and software, and the policies for education informationization, ect. But, in the research into the development and existing condition of the new century's education informationization in colleges and universities of Guangxi, the author has found there are many problems existing in the course of informationization in colleges and universities of Guangxi.In this dissertation, on the base of many years experience, immense, theoretical analysis and investigation into documents and questionnaires, the author think there are many problems in the construction process of education informationization in colleges and universities of Guangxi, such as quite backward educational concept; unbalanced investment funds for constructing education informationization; low investment efficiency; low quality and efficiency of applying IT in teaching; low level for constructing education information resources; and unstandarded management systems and policies.To effectively solve these problems, the author brings forward five consultative strategic suggestions through deep research: strengthening the programming of education informationization to increase investment efficiency; further strengthening the teachers'training to improve teachers'ability for applying IT; strengthening the construction of education informationization resources of software and hardware to make education resources effective; conducting teaching researches in many aspects, to raise the efficiency of applying IT in teaching; establishing proper policies and system for informationization to enhance the execution of policies.
