The Informationization Research Of Student Administration In Universities

With the development of the technology, information, network and figure play more and more important roles in the world. In universities and colleges, informationization technology affects not only the study and research of the students and the teachers, but also the administration of students. So more and more universities and colleges built the system of education and students administration based on the technology of computer and network, which aims at enhance the quality and efficiency of the study, research and administration. Education informationization, especially higher education informationization, has been developed for several years and will make more progress, because in China most of universities and colleges have network which is the most basic establishment of the education informationization. The aim of digital campus becomes the more necessary now than before.Simultaneously,with the progress of the higher education in China, more and more people will have opportunity to learn in colleges or universities. So the schools now have more pressure to improve the quality and efficiency of student administration. But now the campus-network affects less on administration than on the process of teaching and learning. So how to utilize the campus-network adequately becomes the key point in the research field. The advantages of student administration informationization are obviously from enhancing the work efficiency to servicing better.In the chaper 2 of this paper ,the conception, main factors and characters of the administration informationization in higher education .In the chaper 3, the stimulative factors and barriers are analysed and the developable strategies are suggested. In the chaper 4, how to apply the BPR theory in education administration was introduced based on analysing the assistance system of HUST.Finally ,in the chaper 5,the feasibility and importance of the theory of BPR was expatiated.
