With the rapid development of science and technology, informationization is deeply influencing on all aspects of society. Nowadays educational informationization is an important way to head educational modernization in China. Modern school administration is systematic, so administrators should treat the objects as dynamic ones. Research into the administration of middle school teaching process in educational informationization can effectively meet the challenge that schools are torn between the quality education and academic scores. The idea of dynamic administration of middle school teaching process is put forward after analyzing the current situation of school administration and consulting theories on educational administration, informationization and information transmission. Stressing on research into the administration of teaching process, a new administration mode and method with network and hi-technology are explored, focused on teaching and research activities, preparations for lessons, classroom teaching, assignment and tutor, assessment of students and teaching quality. The conclusion points out the existing problem with research into teaching administration and prospects for learning process administration. There is no educational modernization without school modernization, which requires dynamic administration as well as teachers, students and administrators in educational informationization. It is urgent to undertake intensively the task of school-based administration in educational informationization.
