For 200 years, the mechanism of transfer has been one of the important researches in psychology and pedagogy. Therefore, the transfer theory has always changed with the changing of the study theory. Besides, because of the needs of attaching great importance to the creative education, it is important to study the teaching strategy in training the ability of disciplinary transfer.In order to teach students how to learn, this study research into the teaching strategy in training the ability of chemical transfer in middle school. The purpose of this study is to improve student's ability of transfer and learning, and to offer some references for the teachers to train the student's ability of chemical transfer in middle school.Based on the transfer mechanism theory and the research now available, the article discusses the considerations that decide student's transfer ability from the angle of teachers and students. Together with the characteristic of chemistry, it discusses the teaching strategy about training high middle school student's transfer ability in details, which concludes that: training student's good cognitive structure, training student's ability of induction and deduction, recognizing the inference from the traditional trend, eliminating the negative transfer, creating the compound transfer situation and contradictory situation, guiding study method, and so on.This study employs the experimental designing mode of the experiment-group and the control-group before and after experiment training. And it is based on the experiment for 406 students, in six classes, in Grade Two with The Teaching Strategy of Training Chemical Transfer Ability of High School Students. First, using before experiment training to make sure the same quality between the control-group and the experiment-group. Then according to the teaching strategy and the normal teaching process, the research does the training of transfer ability for a term.The results of the research prove that here are some obvious differences between the experiment-group and the control-group. The transfer ability for experiment-group students is obviously improved. So is their ability in studying chemistry. What's more, the scores for the experiment-group students are higher than the control-group. All these prove that the teaching strategy that trains student's transfer ability mentioned in the research is quite effective.So, during the process of our teaching, if we train student's transfer ability consciously, then we can improve student's scores and their study ability remarkably.
