Report of the committee on international education in the 21st century the education a ~ wealth, it put forward one of the four basic requirements of society is learning cognitive (learning to know) in the face of the future social development. If the society cognition is the most important goal of school teaching, then, the use of learning transfer theory in teaching is a reliable guarantee that we achieve the goal. Many education psychologists put forward the teaching to teaching for the migration, it serves to show the importance of the study migration rule in the teaching, the learning transfer rule was applied to teaching, the first thing we deal with is the students’ability to migrate to a survey. For this situation, the purpose of this paper is to investigate junior high school students mathematics migration ability condition and to explore how to design the teaching case on this basis, using the theory of migration in order to promote students to master the learning content, and can form a good migration effect.The main content of this paper is as follows:first, theoretically expounds the significance of learning transfer, the classification of learning transfer, introduces several classic migration theory, further expounds the concept of mathematics migration theory, and the factors affecting the migration are deeply analyzed. Second, the students’ ability to migrate situation has carried on the questionnaire survey, focus on the same element said, constructivist view of migration and migration analogy theory in mathematics teaching, through the questionnaire survey, to a preliminary understanding of junior middle school students in mathematics knowledge transfer. Get a preliminary conclusion is:to see students from the aspects of gender is the difference between boys and girls in there are significant differences on the migration patterns using mathematics, mathematical migration of boys is better than girls on finishing, the causes of these differences may be more boys prefer mathematics than girls, spending more time and energy on mathematics; Migration patterns from different classes students usage can be found that the major work class students’ the migration patterns of use is better than the regular class students. Then this study through questionnaire test, to cover the old and new knowledge topic and not the same as the test content, two problems are investigated. Problem a of students the ability to migrate any differences on the old and new knowledge. The results show that the students overall great differences in the old and new knowledge migration, migration of the old knowledge is relatively easy; Knowledge of eugenics, poor student’s migration ability do not show a bigdifference; Question 2, this paper makes a research on the sample type affects whether the migration ability of students. Results show that the type of the sample is influential to students of different grade level. Whatever student achievement, nearly migration based on process after studying the sample scores higher than the results based on the sample after studying effect, shows that in the process of teaching teachers should pay attention to the rendering of the sample form to promote teaching.The research results show that the middle school mathematics learning transfer status quo is not optimistic, the effectiveness of the middle school mathematics teacher must attach great importance to the teaching problem. Therefore, teachers must pay attention to the vertical and horizontal organization knowledge teaching, pay attention to the present teaching material form, it is conducive to the formation of the students’ cognitive structure and level of ascension are summarized. Paper put forward to promote the migration of effective teaching strategy is:to reveal knowledge before and after the same elements, advance organizer, effectively USES the analogy association strategy. Based on the teaching strategies, the author further presents a design case teaching.
