Because of the rapid development of traffic industry, the traffic high vocational technology will accomplish the perfect target, which develops a lot of compound talents, with both a certain standard of theory and modernized traffic engineering techniques. It is necessary for a teacher who teaches chemistry in high school and vocational school more than ten years to know how to improve the integration of chemistry and other curriculum. I have collected the teaching experiences of teachers in middle schools and vocational schools, gathered a lot of materials, consulted with people who major in traffic conduction and with technicians who major in engineering problems and searched for the combination of chemistry and traffic. After studying the theory of related school-based curriculum, I developed a new school-based curriculum (that is School-based Chemistry), which, based on "Target Model", written by an American Educator ,R. W.Tyler It comprehensively analyses the environment and constructs curriculum targets, organizes teaching activities according to the targets, gives the teachers perfect methods according to certain teaching activities, comes into performance evaluation for the curriculum in a small scale teaching experiments, comes into final evaluation after developing dynamic circular curriculum. After working hard for many years, I have obtained performances in our college.The original places in this research are as follows: it develops a newschool-based chemistry curriculum which combines chemistry with traffic engineering; it is the first one in China; its dynamic teaching activities are organized in varies of forms according to different contents, so it increases the ability of the teachers and the students and makes the teaching activities colourful and interesting. It also provides guidance in theoretical aspects for traffic engineering, and brings huge benefits to society.
