Research purpose:Drug abuse causes serious harm to the physical and mental health of drug users,which leads to related social problems and directly poses a huge threat to social stability [1].Among them,drug addicts are hard to quit,leading to high relapse rate,which also brings some difficulties to drug rehabilitation.Research shows that regular exercise can not only improve physical fitness,but also improve physical and mental pleasure,improve anxiety,depression and other negative psychological emotions.The relevant literature also shows that health education can promote the development of sports healthy behavior habits of the people who are strong abstainers.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the effect of sports health education combined with regular exercise on the physical and mental health of the strong abstainers,in order to help the strong abstainers to establish the concept of lifelong sports awareness,develop the habit of sports health behavior,improve their physical and mental health level,reduce the relapse rate,and make contributions to the society,which is conducive to the realization of the overall goal of healthy China.Finally,we should promote multi-directional rehabilitation and provide practical reference value.Research object and method:A total of 100 male drug addicts were selected from Meijiang compulsory isolation and rehabilitation center in Tianjin.They were admitted to the center within 3 months and had no previous mental history or infectious diseases.According to the voluntary participation of 100 drug addicts in compulsory isolation,50 subjects were divided into two groups: the experimental group(exercise health education combined with regular exercise)and the control group(daily operation).The experimental group was carried out in strict accordance with the experimental scheme of this study.The intervention experiment of the experimental group lasted for 12 weeks,and the specific training duration was allocated as follows.The frequency of the exercise was 4 times a week,each time lasting 90 minutes The theoretical part of sports health education course takes up 30 minutes,and the practical part takes up 60 minutes.Before and after the intervention,the physical fitness,physical function,body shape,mental health level and other indicators of the two groups of subjects were tested and compared.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to deal with the data.Results:1.Baseline of statistical data There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Body shape,physical quality,physical function and other indicators After 12 weeks of the experiment,it was found that BMI index,limb muscle ratio,vital capacity,reaction time,closed eyes and one foot stand,grip strength and other indexes in the experimental group were significantly improved,but there was no significant change in the control group.3.SCL90 symptom checklist After 12 weeks of experiment,the factors of hostility,terror,paranoia and psychosis in the experimental group were significantly improved,The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,depression and other factors in the control group were significantly higher than those in the front group.The scores of other factors such as interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety and paranoia were only slightly reduced.4.Factors of anxiety self rating scale After 12 weeks of the experiment,the total rough score and standard score of the self-assessment scale of anxiety in the experimental group decreased significantly(P < 0.01),while the total rough score and standard score of the self-assessment scale of anxiety in the control group did not change significantly.5.Factors of depression self rating scale After 12 weeks of the experiment,the total rough score and standard score of the self rating Depression Scale in the experimental group decreased significantly(P < 0.01),while the total rough score and standard score of the self rating Depression Scale in the control group did not change significantly.Conclusion:1.12 week exercise health education course combined with regular exercise intervention has a significant improvement on the physical health of the strong abstaining personnel,including the decrease of BMI index,closed eye single leg station,reaction time and other indicators,and the improvement of grip strength,vital capacity and skeletal muscle.2.The 12 week exercise health education course combined with regular exercise intervention has a very significant improvement on the mental health of the strong abstainers,and the scores of SAS anxiety scale and SCL90 symptom self-assessment scale in the experimental group are better than those in the control group,which improves the anxiety and depression of the strong abstainers,and improves the mental health level of the strong abstainers.
