On The Base Of 4P Model To Construct Doctorate Education System Of Research University

Chinese higher education is facing more and more challenges ,for in the future ,the substantial competence between the countries is the intelligent competence. Doctorate education is the highest level in the higher education ,and the quality is the benchmark of the country's human resources competitive. There are many shortages on doctoral theory research and practice of Chinese higher education system and the doctor's qualities are not satisfactory . The reason is many-faceted which can be found in many field like the lack of systemic educational model.Based on the model methodology , the process reengineering, combined the theory of system control ,education philosophy , the organization function arrangement ,and focused on the core that student is the production of higher education, this thesis concluded the doctorate education's 4P model ,which is refer to Plan, Producing, Production, and Promotion. And it continuously constructed a doctorate education system of research university on the base of 4P model. The system contains all functional factors that an organization should have ,which can keep the system running smoothly. As well as the integrate structure and function make the system relatively close and elastic. At last, selecting Central South University as an example to constitute the doctorate education's developing strategy ,the thesis drawn up a conclusion that CSU should take Technology Innovation as developing strategy to build CSU becomes high level comprehensive research university.
