Study On The Cultivation Of Innovative Talents In Colleges And Universities

Focusing on the study of the cultivation of innovative talents in Colleges and Universities, guided by Marxian Theory on Talents and Jiang Zemin's Thought of Innovation, employing the methods of logical analysis, value analysis, historical analysis and evidence analysis, this thesis analyses the significance and necessity of developing innovative spirits of talents in Colleges and Universities, as well as the target and requirement of it from the following angles: Higher Education, ideological and Political Education, Sociology, and Axiology. At the same time, it comprehensively and systematically explores the measures and steps of cultivating innovative talents. Among the existing research achievements, there are a few Monographic Studies in this field. Most of them are not systematic and largely in the related theories of Quality Education. Directed by Scientific Theories, this paper combines the features of the current time and social development together with it. On the basis of the tendency and orientation of the development of Higher Education under the condition of Knowledge-base Economy it specializes in this problem and provides theoretical resources to enhance Quality Education in Colleges and Universities, and enrich college student' innovative spirits. Generally, this paper mainly develops its idea in the following three aspects:Firstly, it uses Axiology to point out the significance of this problem. It systematically defines Innovation and Innovative Talents, and clarifies the value of innovation in the development of the society, of technology and of Knowledge-base Economy, the significance of the construction of talents cultivation while replying to the two major development strategies and competition of international talents. Meanwhile, it discusses the reason why should enhance the cultivation of innovative talents in Colleges and Universities.Secondly, from the angles of Study on Talents, Higher Education and Ideological and political Education, this paper clarifies the standard of cultivation of innovative talents, it provides a specific target and requirement from the following five aspects: Consciousness of Innovation, Ability of Innovation, Quality of Innovation and Techniques of Innovation. Through the research and analysis on the standard of cultivation of innovative talents, it points out a way for the colleges and universities, so as to deepen their work of cultivation, develop the college students' innovative qualities and direct the reform of Higher Education under the new circumstance.Last but not least, combining the requirement of current time and factual features of Higher Education together, it provides measures and steps for colleges and universities in cultivating innovative talents. The first measure is "to enhance the theoretical research, to make the cultivation more scientific". The study should be focused on Jiang Zemin's Thought of Innovation, the positive research achievements both domestic and abroad, and the principle and regulation of it, etc; The second is "to deepen the educational reformation and put Quality Education into effect", especially to emphasize the following aspects: making clear the contents of Innovative Education, positively exploring a reasonable way of Innovative Education, summarizing the scientific way of Innovative Education in time, and strengthening the teachers' quality; The third is "to insure the execution of the measures and policies and optimize the circumstance for innovative talents". It includes the optimization of media and press circles, of the talents management, of legal system of the country, and of the circumstance of talents development.
