The "Nineteenth National Congress" of the Party put forward the strategic deployment of "promoting the accurate reform of vocational education".Specifically,it refers to the integration of the industrial demand side structure and the talent cultivation supply side structure to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in large quantities.Secondary vocational education is the core part of vocational education,and it is responsible for cultivating high-quality and high-skilled personnel.With the continuous development of the social economy,enterprises have increased the demand for talents and promoted the expansion of secondary vocational education.In order to further improve the level of running schools in secondary vocational schools,China has promoted the training of professional talents in school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education.Jilin Province is one of the provinces with more obvious improvement in many provinces,and has a greater impact on the overall teaching level of secondary vocational education in China.Therefore,this article takes Jilin Province as an example to conduct a comprehensive study on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in secondary vocational colleges.This paper adopts the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to conduct research on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in secondary vocational colleges in Jilin Province,and set up three levels of general secondary school,vocational high school and adult secondary school,and select Changchun Agricultural School and Liaoyuan City as the first.In the vocational high school and the eucalyptus rural adult secondary professional school,the SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the survey results data to explore the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents training in secondary vocational colleges in Jilin Province.The research results show that there are talent training curriculum system,talent training exercise,student entrepreneurship,school-enterprise interaction and cooperation,understanding of talent cultivation connotation,starting point and destination of talent cultivation,innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities in the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in secondary vocational colleges in Jilin Province.13 questions: teacher recruitment channels,talent training course materials,talent training practice teaching base,innovation and entrepreneurship spirit,entrepreneurship education model,and teacher job evaluation system.In order to improve the training level of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in secondary vocational colleges,this paper proposes five countermeasures.First,correctly position the innovation and entrepreneurship education work;second,rationally plan the teaching curriculum modules that meet the requirements for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents;third,pay attention to the practical teaching system,and require the system to be compatible with the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents;Create a new campus culture atmosphere;Fifth,build a "double-type" teacher team.Through the research of this paper,we can effectively improve the training level of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in secondary vocational colleges and promote social and economic development.
