| Undergraduate and graduate student from eight colleges ( include science and engineering, normal school and medical science)of Shanxi was select as our subject investigated in this study .Based on the study of KAP, procreation health knowledge( Knowledge),attitude( Attitude) and behavior( Practice) of these Undergraduate and Master, in order to provide theory and information for health education department about concrete content and implement mode of health education preventing AIDS in college, this study was trying to know the difference of procreation health knowledge,self-efficacy ,attitude,behavior and demand between students from different type college and different educational level, the relation among knowledge,self-efficacy and attitude, the relation among knowledge,attitude and behavior, the demand for procreation health knowledge of research object.Aiming at college student lacking knowledge but holding the more liberal attitude to the sex, and university sex education being blank etc., the whole indicate that the development of STDs/AIDS health education in college,strengthening civilization construct and initiating healthy life manner are imperative under the situation. The international population and development meeting (ICPD) in 1994 not only gave the definition of procreation health:" in mankind procreation system and the whole affairs of the process, include the body, spirit and the society etc. aspects are perfect ", and as the procreation healthy minority crowd, the teenager should be taken into the concern. In regard to our nation, procreation health education of the teenager as yet is start-up moment, and the related experience is very limited. In current the cognition of sex idea,,sex morals and social duty is relatively confusion, moreover the epidemic trend of STDs /AIDS is more and more serious .In that case, it has much meaning to enhance procreation health consciousness and health care level of the teenager.Based on the analysis of knowledge ,self-efficacy ,attitude,behavior and demand of college students ,the result expresses that about the understanding rate of mostly knowledge ,the medical science profession is higher than not medical science profession, Master's graduate student is higher than the undergraduate ,the age between 25-29.99 years old is higher than in other each, but the knowledge on not spreading approach of HIV, preventing measure from infecting HIV ,the category of STDs and female procreation health is weaker ,however about the understanding rate of not spreading approach of HIV ,the student of medical science college is lowest. A majority of students has the self-confident conviction, but the normal school student is worse; educated degree is higher, the self-confident conviction is stronger. The student of science and engineering college even approve" sex freedom, sex liberation", However their pity attitude toward the patient of STDs/AIDS is lowest, the rate of keeping away from AIDS in social intercourse attains 54.25%, among them medical science college students' is tallest, which hints the college student still discriminating against AIDS seriously; all of college students consider they would adopt the preventing measure against AIDS, nevertheless the number of students who will change their behavior because of fearing AIDS is not yet half .The students whose educational lever is more higher do not approve more" sex freedom, sex liberation" and married sexual behavior, however the degree of discrimination of graduate student is higher than the undergraduate; and the consciousness of preventing AIDS of graduate student is stronger than the undergraduate. The positivity of medical college student of looking for the health knowledge is highest, while science and engineering college is lowest; The positivity of the graduate student is higher than the undergraduate, in the path of acquiring knowledge and hope acquiring knowledge, the undergraduate have more path classmate and friend than the graduate student.
