Abstract/Summary:
The Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial)issued by the Ministry of Education has made it clear that kindergarten teachers play an important role in promoting children’s development.As some Montessori kindergartens in China widely use montessori teaching method to carry out early childhood education activities,this puts forward new requirements and challenges for teachers using montessori teaching method.In order to further promote the professional development of Montessori teachers and comprehensively improve the educational quality of Montessori kindergartens,it is of certain practical value to study the delivery and use of Montessori teaching AIDS in teachers’ classroom.Based on this,this paper takes S kindergarten as the research object,mainly using non-participatory observation method,questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the current situation of montessori teaching AIDS in S kindergarten.From the Montessori teaching aid delivery principle;Types of teaching AIDS;Placement of teaching AIDS;Teaching AIDS adjust replacement frequency;The standardization and logicality of teachers’ operation of teaching AIDS and the situation of children’s operation of teaching AIDS were investigated.Through data analysis,it was found that the kindergarten had some defects in Montessori education.The problems in teaching AIDS delivery were as follows: the principle of teaching AIDS delivery was unclear;There are few kinds of montessori teaching AIDS.It takes a long time to adjust and update the teaching AIDS;The problems in the use of teaching AIDS are: teachers and children teaching AIDS use method is not scientific lack of logic;Teachers do not regularly check clean teaching AIDS,etc.In view of the problems existing in the Montessori education in S kindergarten,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures from the two aspects of teaching aid delivery and use: clear the principle of Montessori teaching aid delivery;Increase the types and quantity of Montessori teaching AIDS,and regularly change and adjust the content of teaching AIDS;Strengthen the scientific and normative use of teaching AIDS by teachers;Carefully count the number of teaching AIDS;Regular cleaning of teaching AIDS,etc.,can provide effective reference for montessori teachers’ professional development by solving the problems in the delivery and use of Montessori teaching AIDS in S kindergarten.
