The Efficacy Of High School Students Ethical Behavior And Moral Behavior Related Research

This paper put forward a new concept, the sense of moral behavior, which is based upon Bandura's self-efficacy theory and it's application study, and Kohlberg's(l984) model of moral judgments transforming into moral action. The paper describes the study of the relationship between moral judgment and moral behavior, the study of whether the efficacy training can strengthen the relation between moral judgment and behavior. Based on the scales from abroad and the actual situation of domestic and using the mettiod of Factor Analysis , Sense of Moral Behavior Questionnaire for Middle School Students and Moral Behavior-Questionnaire for Middle School Students are proposed. This thesis takes the middle school students as subjects and uses Sense of Moral Behavior Questionnaire and Moral Behavior Questionnaire as measuring instrument in order to explore the development characteristics of the sense of moral behavior and the relationship between the sense of moral behavior and moral behavior. Conclusions are as follows: (1) The grade factor makes significant difference on the sense of moral behavior of the middle school students. (2) The gender factor makes significant difference on the sense of moral behavior of the middle school students, but the gender factor doesn't make significant difference on the sense of honesty efficacy . (3) The sense of moral behavior has a close positive connection with moral behavior of the middle school students.
