Prosocial behavior is that people in everyday social interaction shows for others and make the benefit of society and harmonious behavior, at the same time may also make some sacrifice of self, such as caring, sharing, cooperation, comfort, donation, mutual help, compassion, humility, and so on. This kind of behavior by the affirmation and encouragement of human society. Moral cognition, guilt and pro-social behavior relations are inseparable, and it’s both as motivation to stimulate, inspire individuals to improve and strive to achieve the performance of the prosocial behavior. In our country’s higher vocational education is the cause of higher education in a very important form of, it bear the transmission of applied talents for the development of economic construction and the important task of senior skilled talents, the development of higher education in our country plays an important role in the important position of higher education in China is beyond doubt. This study on the characteristics of higher vocational college students’prosocial behavior further investigation, and students in higher vocational colleges for moral ability to judge this unique group, discuss the relation between the guilt and pro-social behavior, get the following conclusion:First, emotional distribution of the higher vocational college students’moral dilemma story most consistent\"factory in the storm\", in\"a doctor difficult\" are different; In different stages of the moral dilemma story emotional score in stage one to stage five gradually increase, phase six fell slightly; Moral judgment in gender, grade, professional, there is no significant difference.Second, higher vocational colleges students guilty exist differences in gender, grade, professional, and girls than boys, a junior students scored higher than the other grade students, art class student’s scores were significantly higher than that of science and engineering students.Third, the public dimension of higher vocational college students’ prosocial behavior exists significant difference in gender. Pro-social behavior score significant differences on the grade, professional, junior students scored significantly higher than sophomore students score; The liberal arts, the arts students’ scores were significantly higher than that of science and engineering students.Fourth, prosocial behavior scores and total scores of each factor and guilt, each factor was significantly positively related, namely as guilty increases with the rising of total score and each factor score;, altruistic prosocial behavior score and publicly, the compliance of the three factors and moral judgment has significant positive correlation, which increases with the rising of grades as moral judgment.Fifth, the guilt of others and care about hurting and pro-social behavior in moral judgment ability completely intermediary role between overall level; Hurt others in moral judgment ability of guilt and pro-social behavior completely intermediary role between public dimensions; Guilt of others and care about hurting and pro-social behavior in moral judgment ability completely intermediary role between altruism dimension; Guilty of hurt others, selfish and lack of care and pro-social behavior compliance in moral judgment ability completely intermediary role between dimensions.
